Is the swimming pool private ?

The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the Mas d'Azur guests but it's shared between the guests of the 2 apartments. A lot of relaxation areas  with deck chairs are available around the pool.

Is the swimming pool heated ?

The swimming pool is heated from approximately mid-April to early October depending on weather conditions. However, we will not heat the pool even during this period if the weather conditions are not ideal (day and/or night temperatures abnormally low, etc.).

What are the kitchen equipments ?

We attach a great importance to making you feel at home with us! Our kitchens are perfectly equipped and have: a combined fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a hand blender, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, and a 3 or 4-burner ceramic or induction hot plate. You will find all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and kitchen utensils you’ll need. A raclette machine and crepe party machine are available on request.

Are the linens provided ?

We provide you with all the household linen necessary for your stay: sheets, hand towels, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels.

Do you have equipment for babies and small children ?

We know that traveling with everything you need for a young child is complicated. To lighten your suitcases we can put at your disposal on request and at no extra charge: baby bed with mattress and sheets, towels, baby bath, toilet potty, changing mat, high chair, small plastic dishes and even some toys and books. As the kitchens are all equipped with a hand blender, you can continue to prepare your purees like at home.

Do you accept pets ?

We are owners of dogs, cats and other chickens and goats so we attach particular importance to the fact that you can go on vacation with your pets (dog or cat only). They are welcome provided they are clean and well behaved. Please bring his mat or basket to sleep in and do not let him go on the beds or sofas and pick up his droppings in the garden. As cleaning takes longer when animals stay in the apartment, you will be asked for a supplement for end-of-stay cleaning.

How to access to Les Mas d’Azur ?

The house is located 2 km from the city center of Vence, the last kilometer is a small, steep and narrow road and will certainly surprise you the first time (just like the breathtaking sea view once you arrive...) you will get used to it after 2 or 3 times. Note that a car is necessary because the walk back up is a little bit hard.

When must we pay the deposits for the payment of the stay ?

A deposit is requested upon reservation and a 2nd payment is requested 45 days before arrival.

Can we rent your gîtes to organize parties and weddings ?

Our apartments are absolutely not designed to accommodate more than 6 people and we also want to respect our neighborhood, so we ask our vacationers to respect the tranquility of the place: parties and weddings are not possible.

Is access possible for people with reduced mobility ?

Due to the configuration of the land our rentals are unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility..
